This café began at the foot of Mt. Moiwa in Sapporo, where the owner’s lifestyle—centered around trail running and hiking—naturally drew in like-minded people.
Since its early days, I’ve been responsible for the logo and packaging design.

In spring 2024, the shop relocated to an old building in central Sapporo.
For the new space, I was involved in the entire creative process—from layout planning and material selection to interior design and the entrance facade.

The owner envisioned a space where the focus was on working—
with fewer seats, and a layout that encouraged stand-up use and takeout.
In response, the counter area was given generous space, while the rest of the interior was kept as minimal and simple as possible.

The steel coffee table was designed to be just large enough to hold a cup of coffee and a sandwich—no more, no less.
It was fabricated by S.C.B. I was also responsible for the structural design and seat production of the bench.

To minimize new purchases, I proposed reusing furniture and fixtures from the previous location wherever possible.
Chairs and tables that complemented the existing pieces were sourced from vintage shops across Japan.
I was also involved in selecting items like coffee cups and plates to complete the overall atmosphere.
